BACKGROUND OF MICHAEL ROBERTSON PRIOR TO DCS INVOLVEMENT WITH HIS FAMILY IN 2018

Michael Robertson worked in the behavioral health field with at risk child and adolescent populations at Arizona Baptist Children's Services, as a program supervisor at Community Psychology & Educational Services, and through the health care registry as a psychiatric technician at the Maricopa County Psychiatric Annex.

His graduation research for his bachelors degree in developmental psychology was  titled "Accelerating Children's Cognitive Development" which was also the basis of his Master's thesis he was working on before his divorce to Julie Bacolas in 1998. Michael Robertson pursued that subject matter as three of his four children had developmental disabilities and language delays, coupled with intellectual  giftedness in the areas of qualitative and quantitative reasoning.  Mr. Robertson's life work was devoted to developing the intellectual capacities in his children by overcoming these severe developmental delays.

In  2004, Michael founded the and is listed as the statutory agent for the "Counseling Outreach for Battered  Women & Abused Children" in Arizona, and also worked for charitable causes supporting the families of police officers who lost their lives in the line of duty.

Michael Robertson has worked with the Department of Child Safety over the past 22 years, establishing himself as a fit and proper parent of children and a model of fatherhood in the community. DCS vetted him as a fit parent in 1998 during his divorce to his first wife, Julie Bacolas. In 2002, Michael was also vetted as a fit parent when issues arose with his girlfriend and newborn baby, by the department at that time.

In 2009, when his step daughter was brutally raped by registered sex offender Philip Menting (serving a 35 year sentence for that crime) Michael was further vetted by DCS as a fit parent when issues arose regarding his second wife, the mother of his step daughter.

In 2016 and 2017, Michael Robertson participated in two family preservation programs stemming from reports and issues with his second wife, and again he was fully vetted by the Department of Child Safety as a fit and proper parent both times.

Issues with the 2008 birth of Michael Robertson’s minor child with his second wife, the rape of his step daughter by a sex offender while under her biological father’s care, and issues regarding is second wife’s addiction recovery, there were an additional 12 reports made with the department. Again, upon interviewing the children at school prior to disclosures to the parents that any reports had been filed, all children denied any suspicions of abuse or neglect.

Stemming from issues with Michael Robertson’s second wife, he participated in two “family preservation programs” in 2016 and in 2017. During both programs, Michael Robertson participated with the department, which included in home services three days a week, and a private interview of his two minor children with a DCS case worker once a week. Each program lasted approximately three months. Upon participation and completion of each family preservation program, Michael Robertson was not suspected, reported, or evaluated as an abusive or neglectful parent.

In retrospect, in May of 1998, Michael Robertson contacted the Glendale Police Department in Arizona to report a possible sexual offense against his younger daughter, by the boyfriend of her mother. That police report prompted a physical forensic examination of the child, which showed no penetration or sexual activity. The police detectives directed Michael Robertson to put the child through therapy to help her with disclosing any inappropriate behavior stemming from her mother’s boyfriend. During audio taped counseling with therapist Rochelle Silverman, the child disclosed non penetrative sexual molestation had occurred. This is an important fact that both DCS and the Glendale Police Department have record of, which will be referenced later

MICHAEL ROBERTSON’S 2018 DCS INVOLVEMENT WITH HIS MINOR CHILDREN.

The father was leaving the Robertson home with his two children.

The day the father's children were removed from his care, he was hired as a salaried and commission travel agent with International Cruise & Excursions in Scottsdale, Arizona. Appointments with apartment complexes were scheduled in Scottsdale for his relocation with his sons to their new residence and a close commute to his work. Mr. Robertson obtained a personal loan from a family friend and other assistance from his church to help in his transition as a single parent of his two children.

From the beginning of the dependency action with DCS, Michael Robertson was very combative with DCS and Lisa Millett aka Lisa Loeffel. 

Upon interviewing the mother, DCS took the minor children from both parents on April 8, 2020. The father demanded a return of his children or civil actions against the department and the State of Arizona for obvious tort actions.

As a trained paralegal in the 1990s, Michael Robertson was aghast of the false narrative DCS furnished to the court, but with these types of actions against families, such lying and perjury is institutionalized to an extent with DCS. As a peer in social services and behavioral health, Mr. Robertson was appalled by the conduct of of DCS case workers, specifically, Lisa Millett ( Lisa Loeffel) and Joelle Higby, of what should have been objective standards by social service workers, dealing with families in the community,,

Mary Jo Pitzl of the Arizona Republic (2019) identifies this type of atrocious and ongoing conduct by DCS and it’s employees:

“Sloppy work, lack of evidence and outright lies caused a father to lose parental rights to his daughter, the Court of Appeals argued in an opinion that criticizes the work of nearly everyone involved in the four-year-long case.”

Needless to say, Michael's previous experience in the early 1990s as a legal assistant, He was taken back by the non-evidentiary and malicious false narrative that was being floated by Lisa Millett aka Lisa Loeffel and the department. Outright lies and falsehoods was perpetrated by the department, which culminated in a reversal by the department of a severance in 2019 against Mr. Robertson based on “errors”which he states was blatantly false pleadings.

Fales pleadings filed by DCS investigator Patricia Smith in dependency.

At the time of the dependency, the father proved to DCS, that the investigator made knowingly false statements regarding the condition of the home, and he provided your department with contradictory evidence proving Patricia Smith’s misconduct in filing false pleadings with the Juvenile Court in that dependency.

The investigative report was not the only non-evidentiary and false pleading filed with the Juvenile Court by Patricia Smith in this dependency. The investigator submitted a summary of Michael Robertson's past involvements with DCS, listing dates of reports, and falsely stating that findings of paternal abuse were discovered. That was a fraudulent pleading as well, and the father presented evidence to DCS that no previous contact with DCS ever substantiated abuse by the father. The summary report prepared for the Juvenile Court by Patricia Smith indicated parental abuse on past reports, when no paternal abuse was found, or alleged.

DCS interviewed the children on each report, and on none of the reports were allegations of paternal abuse or maltreatment made by the children regarding their father, and no allegations of abuse were ever substantiated by DCS on these several reports.

In retrospect, it is now believed this departmental misconduct was motivated to protect its employees and the State of Arizona from yet another civil lawsuit for damages by another wronged parent.

Josh Kelety (2019) explains this institutional misconduct by DCS:

“Over the years, DCS has faced a number of lawsuits for wrongful child removals — including a claim filed this summer by a former Valley couple who allege that the agency took their newborn for nine months without a court order over false allegations of child abuse. ... There was no court involved," he added.”

Mary Jo Pitzel of the Arizona Republic (2020) identifies a man who was awarded $25M for the wrongful removal of his children from his care:

“Williams filed a claim against the Arizona Department of Child Safety earlier this year, seeking compensation for interfering with his parental rights, among other things. When the state did not respond, he took his complaint to U.S. District Court, where the matter is not scheduled for significant action until late next year.”

Another $12M civil action was also made against the department for similiar malfeasants:

“The filing indicates the couple intends to seek relief from the U.S. District Court in Phoenix, citing violations of the First, Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments, as well as intentional infliction of emotional distress and abuse of process.”

"It's unconstitutional in that we were guilty until we could prove ourselves innocent," she said.”

Michael Robertson’s error was telegraphing his intent to file civil actions against the department for their misconduct:

“I was very combative with the department and demanded an immediate return of my children to my care. I erred by threatening civil litigation against DCS and the state and on subsequent conversations with several attorneys, it was told to me if DCS knows a parent is preparing litigation against the department, that they will do anything and everything to sever a parents rights. Without custody of the children in question, the parent is barred from civil litigation on their behalf...”

Patricia Smith prepared a knowingly false pleading with the court by submitting a summary of the family’s past DCS involvement, fraudulently citing reports of abuse by the father, when no such abuse was ever reported and substantiated. The investigator had the originals of all dispositions of our client’s past DCS involvement, and was aware she was preparing a false pleading when she submitted the summary, along with her fraudulent investigative report on the condition of the home at the time of removal.

The floating of the false narrative, submitting misinformation, and blatantly lying to protect the departments interests from what was the trauma Michael Robertson endured until the state withdrew his first severance based on “errors” and the subsequent ruling by the Appeals Court in Arizona in favor of the father in 2020.

Those facts and evidence of misconduct by Patricia Smith were submitted to DCS case worker, Lisa Millett (Lisa Loeffel), and DCS Supervisor, Joelle Higby. The dependency was not withdrawn by Arizona Department of Child Safety when shown to be meritless by the father's evidence, which is a blatant administrative failure on the part of the department.

During this time, the mother filed a civil rights lawsuit against Lisa Millett aka Lisa Loeffel for violating her rights as she was in a mental hospital at the time of her severance and was not given proper notice or notice at all:

Michael Robertson was not in a position to help his ex-wife with her litigation against Lisa Millett, and minus proper legal representation, the case was dropped. However, future litigants and litigation is on the horizon, based on the “mood” of the Robertsons, whether the State will continue malicious prosecution of this family in any way, shape, or form, and whether DCS is willing to unilaterally remedy these wrongs.

MICHAEL ROBERTSON’S PREPARATIONS FOR CHILDREN RETURN AND FILING OF CIVIL CASE AGAINST DCS AND STATE OF ARIZONA IN 2020

“Preparing for the return of my two boys from my second marriage in 2020, the department made new and bizarre allegations that had no factual merit. I was appalled that the department, having lose their dependency case on a default judgment with false pleadings (errors), would stoop so low to deprive a man of his children and to keep his family apart, simply to avoid yet another civil action and a resulting cash settlement. Of course my two little boys unequivocally denied any such things had ever occurred in separate forensic interviews, nevertheless, Joelle Higby prepared a report suspecting these grotesque and impeached allegations. I was speechless!” 

The Department of Child Safety, Lisa Millett (Lisa Loeffel), and Joelle Higby, were aware that Michael Robertson was a survivor of narcissistic abuse by his first wife, her drug addiction and neglect of her children, and the subsequent sexual molestation of Mr. Robertson’s youngest daughter, all occurring in 1998. The department and these personnel accessed the then CPS case files on record, the physical forensic examination of the youngest daughter by the Glendale Police Department, the audio tape counseling sessions with the child and her therapist, Rochelle Silverman, and Julie Bacolas' documented abandonment of her children.

In 2018 and throughout the dependency, Lisa Millett aka Lisa Loeffel, Joelle Higby, and Patrica Smith were aware Michael Robertson was a heavily vetted parent, a survivor of multiple grotesque tragedies to his family and children, and a provider of behavioral health services to children and families in the State of Arizona.

Mr. Robertson is a retired behavioral health provider to families and children of abuse in the State of Arizona.  His professional credentials is in his case files at your department and is also listed online, includes past employment at Arizona Baptist Children’s Services, working with children DCS removed from homes for the very same abuses his children and family are survivors of.

DCS abuse and malicious prosecution of a documented survivor of tragedies.

Lisa Millett/Lisa Loeffel, Joelle Higby, and the department were fully aware that Michael Robertson was a documented survivor of domestic abuse. Furthermore, with the 2009 brutal rape of his step daughter by registered sex offender Philip Menting, Michael endured even more trauma as a parent in the community, and Lisa Millett (Lisa Loeffel) and the department was fully aware of this parent’s past. Lisa and Joelle were fully aware of Michael Robertson’t vettings, as early as the family preservation programs he participated with in 2016 and 2017.

Father proved the filing of false pleadings by Patricia Smith in dependency.

Michael Robertson proved to DCS at the onset of the dependency in 2018, and continued to show the department during the entire dependency until 2020, that his children were taken from his care based on a non-evidentiary dependency, perpetrated by a fraudulent investigative report and false supplemental pleadings by DCS investigator, Patricia Smith. This fraud was perpetrated on a 23 year survivor of multiple abuses to his family, highly documented by DCS, with credentials showing a career assisting families and children in the same population that department defends and protects.

Lisa Millettaka Lisa Loeffel and Joelle Higby were intimately cognizant that Michael Robertson was a survivor of multiple traumas and abuse spanning two marriages, which makes the department’s misconduct even more egregious.

Mr. Robertson’s mountain of evidence indicates that these acts by DCS were overt, intentional, and conducted with the sole purpose to protect those employees of DCS who perpetrated this fraudulent dependency with the Juvenile Court, and was executed by those involved in order to bar the father from civil remedies against DCS and the State of Arizona for that tortious misconduct.

Destroy a man with a solid reputation in the community and with the department in order to prejudice a court to sever his parental rights to his minor children, to protect the interests of DCS and the State of Arizona from another civil settlement by another wronged parent illegitimately placed into the system.

Lisa Millett aka  Lisa Loeffel refuses to interview mandatory reporters to unsubstantiated abuse and dismiss non-evidentiary dependency.

Is it the policies and procedures of case managers at the Arizona Department of Child Safety not to interview neighbors, members of the church the family attends, and mandatory reporters, required under Arizona Statutes to report any suspicions of child abuse or neglect, as mandated under A.R.S § 13 -3620, when substantiating claims of parental abuse in a dependency?

Michael Robertson possesses evidence to show those are the covert policies and procedures of DCS personnel, who are trying to hide their actions of administrative and judicial misconduct in a furtherance of a non-evidentiary and fraudulent dependency, with evidence suggesting a motive to sever his parental rights in order to bar him from seeking civil restitution for damages for that misconduct, and your agency’s violation of his due process and civil rights in the wrongful removal of his children from his care.

The witness list submitted to Joelle Higby and Lisa Millett by our client at the beginning of the dependency to interview at the onset of the dependency included:

1. Jodie Burnett, the minor children's nanny and housekeeper who was present in the Roberson household on a regular basis and attested to the fitness of the father as a non-abusive parent;

2. Melissa Jaurique, employee and mother who worked out of the Robertson home in Surprise and attested to the father's fitness to parent and that he was not abusive;

3. Michael Holsinger, Boy Scouts of America leader and member of church attended by Michael Robertson and his minor children, attesting to the fitness of the father to parent and no evidence was witnessed of paternal abuse and a mandatory reporter;

4. Jennifer Tel-Ezel, former nurse and colleague of Michael Robertson and a mother in the community with knowledge of the character of the father and a mandatory reporter;

5. Travis Campbell, member of the LDS bishopric at the Sierra Montana LDS ward and family friend, professionally employed as a physician’s assistant and a mandatory reporter; and

6. Noel Roberts, Caregiver and In Home Assistant employed with the Maricopa County Integrated Health Services, Inc., a mandatory reporter and family friend of 27 years, who frequented the Robertson home and attested to the fitness of Michael Robertson's parenting and his non abusive relationship with his family and children of the dependency.

The evidence in his possession supports this premise, that these witnesses were never contacted by DCS because their credible testimony and first-hand knowledge of Mr. Robertson’s parenting would have unsubstantiated any and all allegations of abuse in the dependency, the dependency matter would have been withdrawn by the state, the minor children returned to the father's custody, thereby exposing DCS and the State of Arizona to civil liability for damages in the wrongful removal of his children from his care, based on a fraudulent investigative report and false pleadings filed by DCS Investigator Patricia Smith in these matters.

False pleadings filed repeatedly regarding participation in father's service plan.

At the direction of Joelle Higby, false pleadings were submitted to the Juvenile Court inaccurately reporting that the father had not participated in the service requirements for family reunification, when in fact the father had participated in all the department’s service requirements. Evidence was provided to the Juvenile Court of Mr. Robertson's full participation, with only hours remaining in classes for one of the requirements. The classes with hours remaining were domestic violence classes, which DCS added as a service requirement to support their non-evidentiary false narrative of paternal abuse. The department filed false pleadings on multiple occasions that the father did not complete "any" of the service requirements for family reunification.

DCS case manager Lisa Millett  Lisa Loeffel filed a false pleading with the Juvenile Court that the police were called on Michael Robertson in order to support the departments false narrative that he is an abusive person and terminate visitation and alienate him from his children.

On multiple occasions during this dependency, DCS erroneously reported to the Juvenile Court that the Phoenix Police Department on the father during a parent aid visitation with his children. That never occurred and any reports stating that as evidentiary was a false pleading, as the new assistant attorney general assigned to the case in July, 2020, admitted during discovery that police was never called on our client and those reports were false.

That was a false pleading and fraudulent reporting to the court in continuance of an erroneous narrative designed to prejudice the Juvenile Court into believing the department's ongoing character assassination of Michael Robertson, that he was an abusive person. This admission by the assistant attorney general July, 2020, reached the evidentiary threshold proving that Lisa Millett aka Lisa Loeffel violated the Rules of procedure by knowingly filing false reports and pleadings in the dependency, with the intent to alienate the father from his minor children and take away his right to associate with his boys. This false pleading was used by DCS a a basis to terminate visitation with the father and his children during the dependency in 2020, prior to the discovery proving those allegations by DCS and Lisa Millett to be non-evidentiary and knowingly false.

Not taking Klonopin...really? More false pleadings by Lisa Millett become bizarre!

There were questions regarding the levels of the benzo klonopin showing up in TASC drug screens. Lisa Millett aka Lisa Loeffel reported to the Juvenile Court that this drug was not showing up in the father's drug screens, so she was claiming the father was not taking his medication as directed by his physician. That was shown to be not factual as the laboratory from TASC verified that klonopin was showing up in the drug screens, but not at high enough levels to register as a positive result. A letter was provided to DCS from the prescribing physician, Michael Dekker, that the TASC testing does not accommodate fully for the klonopin molecule, and false negatives are common, and that the lab needed to test specifically for the drug, and not a general screen for benzos.

Lisa Millett (Lisa Loeffel) received the letter from Dr. Dekker and a confirmation from TASC laboratory that the drug was present in the screenings. The father has email evidence in his possession from Lisa Millett, acknowledging the contact with TASC laboratories concerning those drug levels in his urine specimens, the letter from Dr. Dekker, and her email response to the father that the klonopin levels were no longer an issue.   However, in a default severance of Michael Robertson's parental rights in 2019, Lisa Millett provided knowingly false evidence in non- evidentiary severance.

Three years of medical marijuana cards, but Lisa Millett continues to file false pleadings with the Juvenile Court.

Michael Robertson had a medical marijuana card issued from the Arizona Department of Health, and on file with DCS, for the treatment of ocular hypertension and Parkinsonism (tardive dyskinesia). DCS had prior copies of Michael Robertson's medical marijuana card from previous contacts with DCS dating back to 2016.

Lisa Millett aka Lisa Loeffel submitted a false report and pleading to the Juvenile Court that the father was testing positive for illegal drugs with THC in his urine results, and she refused to correct that false pleading with the court, furthering DCS's non-evidentiary and false narrative of Michael Robertson as an unfit parent. DCS case files on the father shows DCS has records that he is a legal medical marijuana patient, and DCS has copies of his medical marijuana cards dating back to 2016 with his participation in the family’s first family preservation program.

DCS has case files on Michael Robertson showing medical records that he receives behavioral health services for the treatment of a depressive disorder, based on his history as a survivor of narcissistic abuse, parenting children with severe mental illness and NPD, and a parent of two daughters surviving sexual abuse and rape, ten years apart.

In the 2019 severance, Lisa Millett filed false pleadings that Michael Robertson had THC in his TASC drug screens and taking illegal drugs, and therefore, a knowingly false pleading to the Juvenile Court.

False pleadings lead to father's documented discrimination as a disabled person under the American's with Disabilities Act.

The Arizona Department of Child Safety was always sensitive to the father's diagnosis and did not discriminate against Michael Robertson with this diagnosis over his 23 years of engagement with the department, as his disability never impeded his ability to properly parent his children, as reflected in the seven vettings the father received from DCS clearing him as a fit and safe parent to his seven children.

In a gross violation of Michael Robertson's civil rights against discrimination, DCS included in their default severance pleadings in 2019 that Mr. Robertson had a depressive disorder that would continue into the future.  Discriminatory language regarding a respondent’s disability on any pleadings, as such language shows gross government discrimination in violation of the protections afforded individuals with these disabilities, protected under the ADA.

This is a prima facie case of discrimination of a person with disabilities, as Michael Robertson has email evidence with Joelle Higby and Lisa Millett/Lisa Loeffel, requesting special accommodations on two separate occasions, which are afforded disabled individuals with our client’s specific disability, under the ADA.

Had those requests for special accommodations been given to Mr. Robertson, as he twice requested, the father contends that he would not have missed a hearing which precipitated the severance of his parental rights. His attorney at the time, Dean O’Connor, had his license to practice law temporarily suspended by the Arizona State Bar Association and the court date was not communicated or reminded by his law office.  A special accommodation was not provided as requested under the ADA by the department, as that would have provided Mr. Robertson with a witness to the gross violations of the father's rights by DCS.

New Assistant Attorney General in 2020: "I ain't putting my name on that!"

The default severance of 2019 was successfully appealed to the Arizona Court of Appeals, and just days prior to the court’s reinstatement of Mr. Robertson’s parenting rights in January, 2020, the new assistant attorney general assigned to the case, withdrew the default complaint that brought the matter before the appeals court. 

The original complaint was withdrawn by the new attorney general based on errors, and the father believes those semantics are a reflection of that judicial officer’s refusal to be a party in a complaint severance riddled with false pleadings, a severance which was non-evidentiary, and with discriminatory language in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Lisa Millett-Loeffel & Joelle Higby alerted that Michael Robertson's rights restored and acted fast to file a second fraudulent severance petition and more false pleadings.

In January, 2020, Mr. Robertson was preparing to receive his children back to his care with the ruling in his favor reinstating his parenting rights by the Arizona Court of Appeals and the new attorney general’s withdrawal of the original complaint prior to that court’s decision in his favor.
At that time, the father contacted Lisa Millett aka Lisa Loeffel in a gesture of conciliation and asked her to continue in her endeavors as a representative of DCS in protecting the children of Arizona from neglect and abuse. It is in Michael Robertson's nature to forgive those who trespassed against him and his family.

Apparently, that conversation had an adverse outcome for the father and his children in these matters, as it altered Lisa Millett’s and her cohorts’ prior determinations, and Mr. Robertson’s parenting rights were restored, the children were to be returned to his custody on a family reunification, thereby exposing those individuals, DCS, and the state of Arizona to civil liability for their misconduct in a non-evidentiary dependency and default judgment, with evidence of DCS malfeasance on record with the Juvenile Court and in the father's possession as evidence.

At the direction of DCS supervisor, Joelle Higby, a second non-evidentiary severance was filed in these matters in February 2020. Having shown no evidence existed by DCS in 2019 to warrant a severance of his parenting rights, as reflected in the false highly discriminatory pleadings that were filed in that default, DCS resorted to what Mr. Robertson calls acts of depravity in order to prejudice the Juvenile Court in favor of a second severance.

Two years after the children were taken from the father's custody, the children were submitted to unfounded and unnecessary forensic interviews on suspicions of bizarre abuse. On both forensic interviews, the children categorically denied any allegations of such abuse by the father. The counseling records of the children over the two years of the dependency were never referenced by the state, and were suppressed in violation of discovery Rules, as those records would have contradicted any such suspicions.

After those interviews were taken of the minor children, DCS supervisor Joelle Higby submitted a report to the Juvenile Court stating that abuse is suspected, a report that was non-evidentiary and a knowingly false pleading by a representative of the Arizona Department of Child Safety. The father contends submitting his children to these unfounded forensic interviews was psychologically damaging to his children, and therefore evidence of child abuse perpetrated by DCS against his family.

Fully aware DCS and the state had no evidence that Michael Robertson was an abusive parent and not fit to his care for his children, the department suppressed evidence required under the Rules of discovery, and brought instead as witnesses his duly diagnosed severely mentally ill adult children from his first marriage, all sharing a diagnosis of NPD. These individuals had no contact with the Robertson family for four years prior to the removal of the father's children, and they lacked first-hand knowledge of the household that brought the children into the dependency in 2018.

Lisa Millett & Joelle Higby exploited vulnerable adults in DCS vaudeville show to prejudice the Juvenile Court in a second non evidentiary severance with false pleadings.

Highly inflammatory interviews of these witnesses were presented to the Juvenile Court in the second severance, in what Mr. Robertson refers to as an attempt to prejudice the court in favor of a severance and family placement for adoption to his oldest daughter. The case history of this dependency strongly supports the father's contentions that DCS was seeking a severance of his parental rights to bar him from civil restitution for the misconduct of DCS investigator Patricia Smith, in her filing of a fraudulent investigative report and false supplemental pleadings of abuse from previous contact with department.

In what Michael Robertson refers to as the psychotic babblings of severely mentally ill adults, the testimony presented by these witnesses included testimony of serial kidnapping of children by the father, child dismemberment and mutilation, animal abuse which included putting dogs in bags and slamming them on walls, and raping children in the community, etc. This bizarre testimony was successfully impeached by DeeAn Gillespie, as one witness disclosed his status as schizoaffective on disability, and the other witness’s testimony was impeached, which included her past paternity fraud against an African American man by the name of Marcus Moore, on the paternity of a blonde hair, blue eyed, white child she fraudulently claimed he fathered, which she received support from for over one year.

Lisa Millett did not use that individuals statements or testimony to further her false narrative in 2019, as the statements of the youngest daughter from the first marriage were ridiculous, to say the least, and highly unbelievable and inconsistent with the factual evidence of events. In sum, Lisa’s lies were more believable and that person’s bizarre statements would have taken away from the false narrative she was trying to create. 

However, she did put that witness and information in her back pocket to be used as a last ditch effort, when her ship begins sinking. Well, their ship sunk, so Lisa Millet-Loeffel and Joel Higby pulled out the malignant narcissist and her flying monkeys, to prejudice an outstanding parent and member of the community, in order to avoid another civil settlement for the wrongful removal of children from a competent father's care. 

Knowing there was no evidentiary support for a second severance of Michael Robertson’s parental rights, the goal was to prejudice the judge to the point where family placement and severance would be the conclusion of the dependency. Michael explains:

On August 10, 2020, Michael Robertson self-severed his parental rights to his minor children, as the department’s illegitimate dependency bankrupted him. He incurred $43,000 in legal fees, which he is still paying to attorney DeeAn Gillespie. It was assumed the defense of these non-evidentiary proceedings would have resulted in legal fees exceeding $100,000, which our client was unable to afford.
